Tanushree Dutta-Nana Patekar Controversy: Sonam Kapoor, Parineeti Chopra, Twinkle Khanna, Masaba Gupta Stand By The Actress
Tanushree Dutta accusing Nana Patekar of sexual harassment is the talk of town but as the actress pointed out in our exclusive interview, yesterday, she doesn't want to be the talk of the town but want the issue to take center stage. And looks like, that's what is gradually happening.

A few hours back, we told you how Priyanka Chopra, Farhan Akhtar, Swara Bhasker and Richa Chadha have come out in actress' support. And now, a few more celebrities are tweeting in favour of the actress.

Sonam Kapoor has tweeted, "I believe #TanushreeDatta and @janiceseq85 recollection of the account. Janice is my friend, and she is anything but an exaggerator or a liar. And it’s upto us to stand together (sic)."

Twinkle Khanna too tweeted, "Please read this thread before judging or shaming #TanushreeDutta a working environment without harassment and intimidation is a fundamental right and by speaking up this brave woman helps pave the way towards that very goal for all of us! (sic)."

Parineeti Chopra has said, "I agree too. Survivors are survivors because they have dealt with something and come out on the other side. So believe them, respect them. @janiceseq85 #TanushreeDutta (sic)."

Masaba Gupta has tweeted, "Must read this thread (sic)."

Anurag Kashyap in a couple of tweets wrote, "If my previous tweet sounds vague let me clarify it. This should stop the questioning of intention of Tanushree Datta because there is a witness account of what happened and @janiceseq85 is as credible as the come . This should stop the speculation .. about the intention of the survivor (sic)."

Hansal Mehta in a series of tweets wrote, "We must stop asking 'what did you about it then' and start asking 'what can we do about it now'. It's now or never.I am aware of a journalist who has been working on a piece about sexual harassment in Bollywood since nearly a year. Is his publication stopping the investigative piece from being published or is the journalist afraid that he will lose his access to stars because of his findings? (sic)."

Mallika Dua wrote, "#IBelieveYouTanushreeDutta (sic)."
Shyni Shetty, who was an AD on the film Horn 'Ok' Pleassss has also come out and validated journalist Janice Sequeira's story, "Everything in this thread happened exactly the way it's written. It was my first film as an AD. I was proud of what you did then, @TanushreeDutta and I'm proud of you today (sic)."

Sidharth in a series of tweets wrote, "If a women speaks out about abuse, you listen. Even if it's on her deathbed 50 years after the incident, you listen. If you ask why she didn't speak earlier or you rush to dismiss her, the problem is with you. There will be investigation; but first, listen. Period. #TanushreeDutta Reporting abuse is traumatic. To be analyzed in public for it is torture. To have some bastard suggest the woman is doing it for attention is inhuman. You always give the victim benefit of the doubt. Enough with shaming! Innocent men will overcome any accusation! #TanushreeDutta (sic)."

Kunal Kapoor in a series of tweets wrote, "Whether it's a man or a woman, just because someone is good at their work or charitable, doesn't mean they aren't capable of harrasement!!To all the people making stupid insinuations about a 'publicity stunt' there are now two very credible witnesses with the same story #TanushreeDutta (sic)."

Speaking to SpotboyE.com Editor Vickey Lalwani, Tanushree spoke up about the whole sexual harassment incident. She opened her heart out during the chat. A while back, we also told you how after Nana, she has accused Vivek Agnihotri of misbehaving with her on the sets of another film, Chocolate: Deep Dark Secrets.
